Sustainable Materials
With the introduction of our first sustainable fabric - recycled polyester - we have set the stage for the eventual debut of additional recycled and sustainable fabrics and fibers. Recycled polyester, often called rPet, is made from recycled plastic bottles. It is a great way to divert plastic from our landfills. The production of recycled polyester requires far fewer resources than that of new fibers and generates fewer CO2 emissions.

Ethical Manufacturing
We only work with factories who meet internationally recognized social compliance standards. All our suppliers have undergone an intensive social compliance audit verifying it abides by our 12 Principles, which are based on local laws and internationally recognized standards. Some of these principles include no child labour, no discrimination and a cap on the amount of hours worked.

The people behind the clothing are just as important as those who wear it. We work with our suppliers to ensure proper compensation for their employees for all the work done by providing in a timely manner all the wages and benefits that are in compliance with the local and national laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located. This will include any premiums for overtime work or work done during holidays, as well as any other allowances or benefits, including any mandatory social insurance, required by local law.

Our workers deserve a safe, clean, healthy and productive workplace for their employees. We prioritize worker health and safety above all else, and proactively address any safety issues that could arise. This includes a wide variety of requirements, such as: the availability of clean drinking water (at no charge to workers), adequate medical resources, fire exits and safety equipment, well-lighted and comfortable workstations, and clean restrooms.
